Hey, I’m Mikayla, a passionate Visual Communications Designer. I have recently graduated from the Collage of Creative Arts at Massey University in Wellington NZ, after four years of study. After finishing my studies I have developed a huge love for this field, from all things print based, branding to editorial design and typography. Throughout my time at University I have gained love and respect for science communication design. I have been working at Wilderlab NZ (an environmental DNA lab) for the past two years as a Junior Designer and have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of communicating science to our communities. Overall I am eager to get our there, to continue learning and growing my skills as a designer.
